Work you'll do
As a Services Associate, Data Preparation and Reporting on the Learning Insights team, you will be responsible for developing customized reporting solutions and supporting US/USI Talent Development stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, Power Query, and other business intelligence tools.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting solutions using data from multiple sources.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, extract-transform-load processes, and data models to support reporting and analysis.
- Perform data analysis to assess data structure, content, and quality, and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting to support business needs.
- Collaborate with business teams and system analysts and train end users on new reports and dashboards.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2-3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles
- Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau
- Experience using Python, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query for reporting and analysis
- Experience writing Structured Query Language (SQL) queries involving multiple tables and subqueries
- Experience with data modeling, data extraction, and data analysis
- Experience working with data warehouse and data cube concepts
Preferred:
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines or extract-transform-load processes
- Experience translating business requirements into reporting specifications
- Experience training end users on reports and dashboards
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive models
- Experience supporting strategic planning and resource management to deliver planned results
