We are looking for a specialist to support the design, development, and programming of surveys and dashboards used to measure and report on the talent experience of professionals and leaders in all US Firm geographies, including India.
Work you'll do
As an Analyst, Standardized Strategic Support Services on the Sensing, Research, & Evaluation team, you will be responsible for:
- Design, program, test, and deploy surveys, polls, and other data collection methods
- Coordinate, monitor, and troubleshoot data collection activities
- Build dashboards and reports to summarize, visualize, and communicate findings
- Clean, validate, and structure data sets for analysis and distribution
- Apply statistical techniques, including t-tests, analysis of variance, and correlations, to prepare and interpret findings
The team
Talent Experience & Engagement – Sensing, Research, & Evaluation team collaborates across Talent areas and the business to uncover analytical insights to help solve business challenges across the talent lifecycle and enable transformational change. Our teams provide a holistic and client-centric approach that complements our wide range of analytical tools and methods to identify valuable workforce insights which, in turn, enable the realization of business objectives and People & Purpose channel strategic priorities.
The team collaborates closely with stakeholders to answer research questions that require quantitative and qualitative insights to address complex questions from leaders; understand the sentiment of our people including the strengths and opportunities within their talent experience; and evaluate pilots, programs, and services to understand impact and inform improvements. The team leverages existing People data, designs and implements custom surveys, and collects qualitative insights from research interviews and focus groups.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Experience using survey software platforms to program and deploy surveys and build dashboards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and functions
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience conducting and interpreting statistical analyses, including t-tests and correlations
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience working with people data
- Experience using Qualtrics
