Group Treasury sits at the centre of the organisation's financial strategy, responsible for managing the Group's capital, funding and liquidity position to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The team partners closely with executive leadership to provide strategic insight on balance sheet optimisation, capital efficiency, funding, risk and returns, while supporting the CFO, ALCO and Board on critical financial and regulatory priorities.We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to join the Group Treasury Capital team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the Group's capital strategy, delivering sophisticated capital analytics and insights, and influencing decisions that underpin the financial strength and resilience of the organisation. What role will you play?
In this role, you will lead a broad range of capital management and analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making at the most senior levels of the organisation. The role requires the analysis and interpretation of complex financial information, assessment of regulatory developments and capital actions, and the translation of insights into clear, actionable recommendations. As part of a high-performing team, you will gain deep exposure to the capital, funding and balance sheet management activities of a globally active financial services organisation.A key aspect of the role is contributing to the evolution of capital management policies, frameworks and practices that influence business performance and strategic direction. Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and other business groups, the successful candidate will prepare materials for senior governance forums and provide insights that support capital-related decision-making. The position offers regular engagement with senior executives and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through sound judgement, technical expertise and commercial insight.

- Sound understanding of banking regulations, prudential requirements and credit ratings frameworks, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and commercial context.
