As an Announcement Capture Analyst within the Announcement Capture Team, you will manage the capture of corporate action information at key stages through event completion. You will apply market nuance and risk awareness to support high-risk, complex mandatory corporate action events throughout the event lifecycle. You will partner with global teams to resolve issues efficiently and improve service delivery using enterprise systems and digital tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build a comprehensive understanding of corporate action events and end-to-end processes for custody, clearing, and related operational workflows
- Support day-to-day workflow processes while consistently delivering high-quality output
- Ensure operations remain within key operational parameters determined for the function
- Capture corporate action information accurately at key stages through to event completion
- Monitor service performance and identify themes impacting delivery quality
- Evaluate operational risks and strengthen controls around manual processes to minimize errors
- Lead identification and implementation of tactical and strategic technology and process change requirements to improve efficiency
- Coordinate across local and global operational areas to drive timely issue resolution
- Motivate and support team members through strong day-to-day leadership and collaboration
- Influence upstream partners and stakeholders by clearly representing site delivery and opportunities to improve results
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of asset servicing functions and interdependencies across sub-processes, with emphasis on Asia Pacific markets, including Australia
- Exhibit strong analytical skills and independent, reliable decision-making, including taking initiative to drive change and enhance controls
- Articulate key risk and processing challenges clearly to management through strong written and verbal communication
- Drive process enhancement and digital tool initiatives with a strategic, continuous improvement mindset
- Organize work effectively to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
