Strategic Programs addresses pressing challenges facing Wells Fargo across its businesses, supporting functions, and 200,000 employees.  Our thought leaders operate under the Chief Operating Office (COO) and specialize in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the bank.   Often a stabilizing influence, we provide the central direction and framework to drive momentum across a broad set of stakeholders.  We prioritize the needs for our CEO, COO, and CFO, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives (aka “Programs”) for Wells Fargo. Examples of work include organizational design, operating model optimization, expense reduction, and regulatory remediation.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Programs team within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise Change Management organization.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $187,000.00
