Skills and Competencies
- 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience within financial services, technology, product, or other highly competitive talent markets.
- Proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, including AI-enabled recruiting platforms and talent intelligence tools.
- Data-driven talent advisor with the ability to leverage market insights, hiring analytics, and workforce trends to influence talent decisions.
- Agile and growth-oriented mindset, with a passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and the evolving role of AI in talent acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships, drive effective negotiations, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 7+ years of relevant professional experience
Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiting Consultant to lead talent attraction efforts across the region, partnering with business leaders to attract and hire top talent in a dynamic and diverse market
- Act as a trusted Talent Advisor, partnering with business leaders and HR to develop talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition.
- Build and engage diverse talent pipelines using innovative sourcing approaches, market intelligence, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Leverage data and insights to influence hiring decisions, monitor pipeline health, and drive recruiting effectiveness.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, serving as an ambassador for Moody's culture, values, and employer brand.
- Provide talent market intelligence, including competitor insights, workforce trends, and talent availability to inform hiring strategies.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement, driving adoption of AI, new technologies, and best practices to enhance hiring outcomes.
