Who we're looking for
Are you an ambitious university student looking to build practical marketing experience in an international asset management organization? As part of Schroders’ Emerging Talent Programme 2027, this role offers you the opportunity to contribute to real marketing initiatives, develop future-focused skills and gain insight into how marketing supports client engagement, brand visibility and business growth across Europe.
You will join a collaborative marketing team and gain exposure to both local and European marketing activities. From digital content and campaign execution to events, analytics and emerging technologies, you will work on meaningful initiatives that help connect our clients with relevant insights, solutions and experiences.
Over time, you will be encouraged to take ownership of selected tasks and projects, contribute ideas, present your insights and develop a strong understanding of how marketing operates within a leading European asset management business.

What you'll be doing
- You contribute to key and operational marketing initiatives that support client engagement, brand visibility and business growth.
- You support the creation and optimization of content for websites, newsletters, social media and other digital channels.
- You contribute to the planning, execution and evaluation of events, webinars and client engagement activities.
- You take ownership of selected marketing activites from concept through implementation and performance review.
- You analyze campaign and marketing performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- You collaborate with marketing colleagues across Europe and gain exposure to international marketing activities and stakeholder management.
- You present project outcomes, insights and recommendations within the team.
- You explore how emerging marketing technologies, including AI-powered tools, can enhance content creation, insight generation, productivity and marketing effectiveness in a responsible and ethical way.

The knowledge, qualifications and experience you bring
- You are currently enrolled at university, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies or a related discipline.
- You have a strong interest in marketing, communications, digital channels and emerging marketing technologies.
- You are curious about artificial intelligence and how it can be applied responsibly in marketing.
- You bring an analytical mindset and an interest in using data to inform decisions.
- You are creative, proactive and eager to learn in a professional environment.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills.
- You can work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- You are confident using Microsoft 365 applications.
- You have excellent written and spoken English and Italian language skills.
