A Day in the Life
Reporting to the Channel Activation Manager, you drive our brands' expression in Norway. Balancing data-driven decisions with brand empathy, you are fully empowered to:
- Implement Activation Plans: Drive sell-out for B&M and e-retail with local retail partners.
- Coordinate Timings & Execution: Align online/offline campaigns and secure timely delivery of go-to-market packages with KAMs, Reps, and POS Managers.
- Support Field Teams: Deliver high-quality sell-in materials, manage tester stocks, and secure training with Retail Education.
- Foster Collaboration: Coordinate with merchandising agencies and facilitate half-year retailer meetings.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in a FMCG marketing or commercial department.
- A structured, hands-on approach with close attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- A strong analytical mindset that enables you to seamlessly analyze data, monitor financial goals, and track activation performance KPIs to guide key business decisions
- Excellent communication skills to build relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to learn both analytical and operational skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English.
