Mission :
As part of the Headquarter E-Commerce Team, reporting to the E-Commerce Platform Manager, the E-commerce Platform Coordinator will play an essential role in managing the daily operations of the website’s back office on the business side.
Your main role is to implement in a timely manner the global customer’s journey for new launches and regional requests in order to deliver a seamless online shopping experience to our final client. You will be interacting with Content, Product Owner, IT and regional teams to meet business requirements. Your position will be also required to address topics/issues related to both business operations and IT.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Product Launches : Manage back-office operations for new product launches by implementing the online customer’s journey :
- Oversee the retro-planning to ensure timely reception of elements, allowing sufficient time for testing and recontribution
- Manage product and content creation following the brief from Content Team
- Deploy the implementation for all languages managed by the website
2) Daily Operations : Manage regional change requests to ensure the website is tailored to meet regional sales and needs, maintaining high quality and relevance :
- Operate the project management software to manage regional request and proactively consider the most effective ways to implement them
- Establish or enhance processes to ensure a qualitative workflow
3) Website Functionalities : Collaborate closely with Product Owners and the IT team to stay up to date on all functional evolutions :
- Clearly understand how new functionalities will be created and take ownership of their implementation on the business side
- Keep functionalities aligned with current business needs through regular updates and continuous adaptation
Qualifications :
- 2 to 5 years of experience in E-Commerce or related fields
- A solid background of computer science and knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Experience of using Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or other E-Commerce platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose issues and take appropriate actions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
