People Business Partner Specialist – Maternity Cover

We are looking for a People Business Partner Specialist (Maternity Cover) to support the Central Functions of the Group Head Office in the execution of core HR activities and people processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters;
- Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting onboarding processes;
- Assisting in the implementation of performance management and talent review processes;
- Supporting learning and development initiatives in collaboration with the relevant HR teams;
- Monitoring headcount movements and maintaining HR data and reports;
- Assisting with workforce planning and organizational updates;
- Preparing HR analyses and presentations to support business decision-making;
- Ensuring the correct application of HR policies and procedures;
- Providing support on employee relations matters, escalating issues when appropriate;
- Collaborating with Centers of Excellence to implement HR projects and initiatives;
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration or related fields;
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Specialist or HR Business Partner support role;
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation;
- Good analytical and organizational skills;
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Fluent English.
What we offer
We offer employment at the IV level in accordance with the CCNL ANIA and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Starting gross annual salary of 36K€.
