We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a proactive mindset, and isn't afraid to take ownership of tasks and find solutions. The position is ideal for students or anyone looking for a long-term part-time opportunity, typically two full days per week (around 20 hours weekly).

What will you do?
- Provide administrative and organizational support for the office and reception area.
- Arrange business trips for employees in cooperation with an international travel agency.
- Coordinate taxi transportation for SSC visitors.
- Process and distribute incoming mail and emails.
- Welcome visitors and ensure they have a positive experience during their stay.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office through various coordination tasks.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills in Czech and English, both written and spoken, as English is our internal company language.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle both standard and ad hoc requests.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach and confidence in making decisions.
- A positive attitude towards people and teamwork.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
