Summary

As an Associate Director within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals M&A team, you will support senior team members in the origination and execution of M&A and financing transactions. The role provides exposure to cross-border transactions across the sector, with opportunities to develop expertise across both advisory and financing products.

You will be involved in financial and valuation analysis, financial modelling, company and industry research, due diligence activities, and the preparation of client materials. You will work closely with deal teams across the Bank, supporting transactions from pitch through to closing.

The role also involves day-to-day project management, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of work produced by analysts and interns. This position is suited to candidates looking for broad exposure to complex transactions within the Oil, Gas & Chemicals sector.
