We're looking for a Senior Business Development professional who thrives on relationship management, commercial discussions, and business expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with key partners, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and contribute directly to business growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow strategic partner relationships to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and distribution partnerships.
- Lead partner onboarding and implementation while ensuring a seamless launch experience.
- Drive business campaigns, growth initiatives, and portfolio performance improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet partner and customer needs.
- Support pipeline management, business planning, and performance reporting.
- Develop compelling presentation materials and confidently present recommendations to senior management and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Strategic Partnerships, or a similar commercial role
- Strong track record of building and managing business relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to engage and present to senior leaders and key partners
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to create impactful presentation decks
- Experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Credit Life businesses is a plus, but not required
- Highly driven, proactive, and commercially minded
