What would your role be?
- Define and execute Vontobel Asset Management’s global digital marketing and content strategy, aligned with commercial and growth objectives
- Build client-centric digital journeys and content ecosystems that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth
- Strengthen Vontobel’s thought leadership by translating complex investment topics into compelling client experiences and measurable business outcomes
- Leverage data, AI, and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, scalability, client engagement, and marketing effectiveness
- Lead the continued evolution of Vontobel’s digital capabilities and drive transformative change across the organization
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and delivering measurable business impact in a global environment
- A strong data-driven mindset, including experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics
- Passion for AI, automation, and innovation, with a track record of applying technology to improve outcomes
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build high-performing and collaborative teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across investment, product, sales, marketing, technology, and compliance functions
- A change-oriented mindset with experience leading transformation and driving adoption of new ways of working
- The strategic perspective and collaborative approach needed to contribute effectively as a key member of the Client Content Center leadership team and help shape the evolution of Vontobel’s digital capabilities
Candidate Profile:
- Strategic, commercially minded leader with a strong focus on transformation, innovation, and measurable business outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment topics into compelling client narratives
- Collaborative and adaptable people leader, passionate about leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive growth and continuous improvement
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Digital Media, or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, communications, or related fields
- Leadership experience managing teams and complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong understanding of asset management, investment products, and financial markets
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital and content strategies in a B2B environment
- Experience leading digital transformation and leveraging technology to improve client engagement and business outcomes
- Experience working effectively within a regulated environment
Location Requirement
This role is based in Zurich but will move to Baar in 2030, ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders in the business.
