ResponsibilitiesAmong the firsts banks of the Luxembourg's place, SG Luxembourg has set up an Asset Management subsidiary (100% owned), whith more than 15 billions of euros under management.SG IS Europe has under its management UCITS and AIF funds, in particular : SG IS Fund , which gives access to the Société Générale Private Banking expertises. Beside this offer dedicated to the Private Banking clients, SG IS Europe has a Third Party Fund offer.SG IS Europe also offer its services of private mandate in Discretionnary Portfolio Management and in Advisory to the clients of SG Luxembourg Private Banking.In this context, SG IS Europe has to be irreproachable in fullfilling its obligation of Risk Management, both from a regulatory point of view and from the Group standards point of view, and whish as a consequence be supported by a V.I.E.Responsibilities:Risk monitoring :Carry out controls and reporting (preparation of risk reports, coordination and monitoring of corrective action plans) in connection with Private Portfolio ManagementParticipate in the various risk monitoring committees (Private Mandates or cross-activity)Monitor and analyze the main risk indicators (Volatility, VaR, Tracking-Error, Beta etc ...) including ESG indicatorsMonitor the main risks on all asset classes (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, structured products, etc.)Participate in the formalization and updating of the department's operational procedures, monitor the development of operational risk management and steering systemsActivity monitoring :Establish quantitative dashboards and monitor the activity of the departmentCarry out regulatory updatesEstablish qualitative reports for managementYou will also be required to attend the various committees of the department and to interact with the management teams, the commercial forces, the legal department and with the internal and external auditors.A questionnaire will be provided to you in order to check your VIE (Société Générale and Business France) eligibility. For an efficient analysis of your application, please make sure to truthfully answer all the questions. Please note that it is mandatory to provide us a formal proof of your M2 diploma validation before the assignment start date. It will last 12 months.The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
