Business Program and Project Management – Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior ManagerThis is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of big-picture thinking and ground-level execution. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Manager, you won't just develop strategies — you'll own their delivery. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with executive leaders, navigate organizational complexity, and translate ambitious goals into the kind of operational reality that actually moves the needle. This role is designed for a sharp, self-directed professional who brings both analytical rigor and the interpersonal finesse to lead across functions, influence without authority, and keep multiple high-stakes workstreams moving in parallel.
As a Senior Manager, you will serve as the connective force across four interconnected functions — Operations, Talent, Account Management, and Virtual Event Production — driving cohesion, accountability, and high performance across each team. You will lead with both strategic vision and operational discipline, setting clear goals, fostering a culture of collaboration, and ensuring each function is aligned to the broader marketing organization's objectives. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business leadership and functional teams, translating organizational priorities into actionable direction while championing excellence in each team. You will navigate ambiguity with confidence, balancing competing priorities across diverse workstreams without losing sight of team engagement, retention, and performance. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional teams, managing organizational complexity, and making sound people decisions that deliver measurable, long-term business impact.
Work you'll do
As a Business Program and Project Management - Firm Enterprise Solutions Senior Manager on the Brand, Marketing & Communications team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and Optimizing team performance:
- Increase organizational efficiency and collaborate with other business leaders on planning annual program budgets and headcount cost recovery.
- Lead the team advising marketing leadership on budget and resource allocation.
- Oversee teams to drive operational excellence, tackle critical issues, manage change, and implement strong data infrastructure and process to support evolving business needs.
- Provide operational education across Account Management, Operations, Talent and Virtual Event Producer team on working models and operational considerations.
- Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- You'll identify, assess, and prioritize strategic opportunities aligned with business objectives — analyzing market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer insights to surface.
- You'll translate long-range goals into defined, fundable, executable roadmaps and contribute directly to annual operating plans and budget cycles.
- Operational Excellence & Transformation:
- You'll lead large-scale process improvement efforts — streamlining workflows, contribute to redesign of operating models, and eliminating inefficiencies that quietly erode performance.
- Through digital transformation initiatives, you'll bring methodology and judgment to know which tool fits the problem.
- KPI monitoring and bottleneck resolution are part of the daily rhythm, not the exception.
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
- You'll build and sustain trusted relationships with Brand, Marketing & Communication leadership — influencing decisions, aligning competing priorities, and gaining buy-in on solutions that matter.
- You'll lead multidisciplinary teams across organizational boundaries, acting as the connective tissue between strategy and the people responsible for executing it.
- Lead and drive Talent, administration, and general management initiatives with the USI Brand, Marketing & Communications team.
- Data-Driven Decision Support:
- You'll turn complex operational and financial data into clear, evidence-based narratives for senior leadership — surfacing options, quantifying trade-offs, and recommending courses of action with confidence.
- Financial modeling, ROI analysis, and scenario planning are tools you reach for naturally, not reluctantly.
- Project & Program Management:
- You'll drive complex, matrixed initiatives from inception to execution — owning planning, resource allocation, risk management, and accountability.
- You're equally comfortable turning a nascent idea into a funded initiative and rescuing a project that's drifted off course.
- Reporting and Dashboard:
- Preparation of Reports – Dashboard for the entire Brand, Marketing & Communications, strong Microsoft excel and presentation skills.
- Strong hands-on usage of AI competency/tools.
- Team Development & Talent Leadership:
- You'll coach and develop team members, creating an environment where high performance is expected and rewarded.
- You'll contribute to talent attraction, create stretch opportunities for your direct reports, and model the kind of leadership that builds lasting organizational capability.
- Collaboration with US Brand, Marketing & Communications leadership and Brand, Marketing & Communications communication lead to streamline channel wide messaging to USI Brand, Marketing & Communications team (Eg: AHMs, R&Rs, leadership visits, etc.)
- Assist in developing business growth strategies and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct market research and provide insights to support business decisions.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM OR 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong data and analytics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to easily grasp and communicate complex ideas
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Ability to think globally, strategically and creatively
- Expert problem solver. Leverages knowledge gained through prior experience, education, training to resolve issues and remove project barriers
- Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with stakeholders
- A demonstrated track record leading business transformations — not just advising on them
- Significant experience working with and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
- Been part of large and diverse marketing teams
- 15 to 18+ years of progressive experience in marketing, business strategy, or communication roles within a consumer/agency/B2B companies
Preferred:
- MBA or Master's degree or equivalent preferred
