Internal Control Manager
The mission of an Internal Control Manager is to design, implement, and monitor robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets, ensure the integrity of financial and operational data, promote operational efficiency, and ensure strict compliance with internal policies, laws, and regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to Identify operational, financial, and compliance risks, fraud risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate them.
Policy & Procedure Oversight: Reviewing, updating (and develop) company’s policies and procedures to align with internal guidelines (Norms), across all business functions.
Compliance Monitoring & Self evaluation : Maintaining a comprehensive internal controls framework to ensure adherence to L'Oréal’s Norms and audit findings. Evaluate the efficiency of existing processes.
Training and Guidance: Provide regular training and guidance to employees on internal control principles, compliance requirements, and best practices. Promote ownership of processes and controls to business owners.
Continuous Improvement: Be part of all Entity’s significant new projects to ensure compliance (Internal Control By Design). Work closely with business owners (especially Finance) to drive initiatives for the continuous
Who We Are Looking For
• Experience in internal audit, internal control, risk management, or Finance, preferably within a large multinational corporation.
• Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to identify complex control issues, analyze data, and propose effective solutions.
• Influential Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, Influence stakeholders, and collaborate effectively across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Project management skills : Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Fluent in professional in English
