Key responsibilities

Do you want to help deliver innovative Finance capabilities through SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives?We are looking for a Master Data Analyst who'll help design, govern, and improve Finance master data processes while supporting the implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.
• analyze, design, and implement master data processes to support business requirements and improve data management practices
• establish and maintain governance frameworks that promote data quality, consistency, and compliance across Finance
• prepare detailed documentation, including user stories, process designs, and solution requirements aligned with business needs and industry best practices
• collaborate closely with business and technology teams to design master data solutions and ensure seamless integration with business processes
• support the deployment and configuration of SAP MDG and its integration with existing enterprise systems
• ensure data quality through governance, validation, and testing activities, including support for UAT and production parallel runs
The team
You will join the Finance Change agile delivery team within the General Ledger and Consolidation crew in the Control capability stream. The Finance Change & Technology organization is driving a major transformation to SAP S/4HANA Finance over the coming years, delivering innovative and future-ready Finance capabilities. The team is responsible for the end-to-end Finance general ledger and consolidation landscape, including accounting processes, controls, and governance. You'll work on globally standardized, AI-enabled financial solutions and have the opportunity to help shape the future of Finance technology within a leading global financial institution using an agile delivery model.Your skills and experience
• university degree or equivalent qualification such as CA, CFA, or MBA, with proven experience in Finance or Banking• experience working with SAP products within the Financial Services industry
• strong understanding of financial accounting, general ledger processes, SAP MDG, and master data management principles
• experience in process design, governance frameworks, and data quality management
• familiarity with product lifecycle management concepts and practices
• ability to create detailed documentation, user stories, and solution designs
• excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
• familiarity with testing methodologies, agile delivery practices, and change management processes, with an interest in applying AI responsibly to improve workflows and business outcomes
