JOB Title: (Sr.) Global PR & Event Specialist – Dr.G DMI
WHO WE ARE:
The PR & Event Specialist within Dr.G DMI plays a hands-on role in executing high-impact global PR and event strategies. You will bring product stories to life through immersive global events and influencer activations, while maintaining close and skillful collaboration with dermatologists and medical experts to build strong dermatological partnerships.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Global Event Production & Execution: Orchestrate high-impact international product launches, press trips, pop-ups, and immersive influencer activations, with a strong focus on welcoming and engaging global influencers and media.
- PR & Media Relations Support: Assist in developing press materials, press kits, and engaging consumer-facing narratives that highlight the brand's mass-derma and scientific heritage.
- KOL & Influencer Engagement: Support the management of global skin-health experts, beauty creators, and media partners to maximize brand visibility and advocacy.
- Project & Agency Management: Coordinate cross-functional timelines, agency partners, and event logistics efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Dermatologist Collaboration: Drive day-to-day communication with dermatologists and medical experts to build trusted relationships, seamlessly connecting medical expertise with PR and event initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: University graduate
- Years of Experience: 3–6 years of professional experience in PR, communications, or event management within the beauty, skincare, or global FMCG sector (mass-derma brand experience preferred).
- Key Competencies & Experience:
- Event Execution: Proven hands-on experience in conceptualizing and executing large-scale, memorable physical/digital PR events and global influencer activations.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Mature, skillful, and professional communication abilities, especially in building relationships with key internal stakeholders, medical experts, and external partners.
- Mass Derma PR Acumen: Solid understanding of mass-derma brand positioning, scientific storytelling, and global skincare trends.
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple event timelines and logistics with agility.
- Language: Fluent English communication skills (essential for global stakeholder and influencer management).
- Other Skills: Proficient with Excel, PPT.
