What We Offer

Company Description

Clifford Chance is one of the world's leading law firms, helping clients achieve their goals by combining the highest global standards with local expertise.  The firm has unrivalled scale and depth of legal resources across the three key markets of the Americas, Asia Pacific and Europe and focuses on the core areas of commercial activity: capital markets; corporate and M&A; finance and banking; real estate; tax; pensions and employment; litigation and dispute resolution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the full matter lifecycle for a portfolio of significant matters.  The success of this role will be measured by: achieving good levels of engagement with key stakeholders; achieving measurable benefits from the activities undertaken; and adding value to the organisation by contributing to the development and roll out of legal project management best practices, tools and techniques.

We advise many of the world’s leading private equity houses, multi-asset managers, infrastructure, real estate, sovereign wealth and pension funds, as well as major companies across a wide range of sectors. Our work spans the full corporate and investment lifecycle, including capital deployment, public and private M&A, public-to-privates, disposals, demergers, joint ventures, debt and equity financings and refinancings, growth and structured investments, co-investments, syndications, restructurings, high-value commercial contracts, asset management and exits, whether by private sale, IPO, continuation vehicle or secondaries.

We have a particular focus on complex, cross-border transactions, combining international deal execution capabilities with deep local market knowledge and sector-focused expertise. Our teams work closely with colleagues across antitrust, regulatory, finance, capital markets, tax, pensions, employment, real estate, incentives, investigations, litigation, disputes, funds, intellectual property and technology to deliver integrated, commercially focused advice. Our experience advising leading global sponsors and corporates enables us to provide expert guidance on market terms, transaction execution, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the full range of corporate activity across investment structures and geographies.
