Job Description Summary

Title: Block Facilities Manager

Reports to: Head of Property Operations
Department: Property Management
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least four days per week, or 80% of your time in our Manchester Office.

Purpose of the Role
As a Block / Facilities Manager, you will take responsibility for the operational management, compliance, safety and maintenance of a portfolio of residential blocks and communal assets. You will ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, well-maintained and deliver an excellent living environment for residents.

The role requires effective management of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, service partners, budgets and resident communications, ensuring all legal and regulatory obligations are met within required timeframes. You will work closely with internal teams, contractors and residents to maintain high standards across the portfolio while driving continuous improvement.
