What you'll be doing
As Regional Manager you:- Lead, coordinate, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, profitability, and business objectives.
- Drive the implementation of the company strategy and support the growth of direct and indirect sales channels.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, vendors, brokers, and UniCredit Group entities.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience and promptly resolve escalated client issues.
- Develop financing offers aligned with profitability targets and company policies.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC, AML, CTF, sanctions, risk management, internal control, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee customer onboarding, due diligence, documentation collection, and contract execution processes.
- Monitor operational, reputational, and compliance risks and ensure timely reporting.
- Manage departmental budgets, promote cost-efficiency initiatives, and identify business improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and provide recommendations to enhance sales performance and service quality.
- Recruit, coach, train, motivate, and retain team members while setting and evaluating performance objectives.
- Conduct internal controls and ensure employees comply with internal regulations, processes, and quality standards.
- Support insurance-related activities, including client referrals, policy offers, contract placement, renewals, and customer assistance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company, client, and employee information at all times.
What you'll need to succeed

- Be able to achieve and maximize a result by proactively collaborating with the people involved in the activity, through listening, discussion, conflict management and proactive communication
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial services and banking industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team management.
- Advanced knowledge of economics and financial principles.
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Valid Category B driving license and willingness to travel within the country to meet and develop relationships with prospective clients.
