Role Summary: We are looking for an Oracle APEX Consultant with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The candidate should have strong Oracle Database knowledge and be capable of delivering scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and support applications using Oracle APEX.
- Design and optimize Oracle database objects, SQL queries, and PL/SQL packages.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows within APEX.
- Integrate APEX applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
- Provide production support and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle APEX (21.x/22.x/23.x or above).
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Knowledge of Oracle Database administration concepts.
- Understanding of application security and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud (OCI) and integration technologies is advantageous.
