About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials to join our Oracle practice. The individual will be responsible for managing Oracle Fusion Financials workstreams across implementation, transformation and application support engagements.
The role requires strong Oracle Fusion Financials functional expertise, delivery management capability, client interaction skills and the ability to lead and mentor consulting teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion Financials
- Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials workstreams across implementation and transformation programs.
- Manage functional activities across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses and Subledger Accounting.
- Lead fit-gap analysis, requirement gathering, solution design and functional workshops.
- Configure and validate Oracle Fusion Financials solutions based on business requirements.
- Drive business process design across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Provide functional guidance on enterprise structures, COA, Ledgers, Legal Entities, Business Units and accounting configurations.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration and extensions.
- Review functional specifications, test scenarios and solution documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-production stabilization activities.
Delivery & Project Management
- Own delivery of Finance workstreams and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, risks, issues and dependencies for the assigned workstream.
- Coordinate with technical, SCM, HCM, OIC, reporting, testing and data migration teams.
- Review the quality of deliverables produced by Consultants and Senior Consultants.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and work with the Project Manager/Senior Manager to resolve them.
- Support project governance, status reporting and steering committee updates.
- Ensure adherence to Deloitte delivery methodology and quality standards.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Develop strong working relationships with Finance, IT and business stakeholders.
- Lead functional discussions and workshops with client teams.
- Understand business challenges and translate them into practical Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Manage day-to-day client communication for the Finance workstream.
- Support senior leadership in managing escalations and critical client issues.
- Present solution options, recommendations and project updates to client stakeholders.
Team Leadership
- Lead a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants working on Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor team members and support their technical and professional development.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and build Oracle Fusion Financials capabilities within the team.
- Support recruitment, resource planning and performance management activities.
- Build a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Business Development & Practice Contribution
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations and solution development.
- Participate in client presentations and Oracle Fusion Financials demonstrations.
- Support identification of additional opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Contribute to development of reusable Oracle assets, accelerators and methodologies.
- Participate in Oracle practice initiatives, knowledge-sharing and capability-building activities.
- Support initiatives around Oracle Cloud ERP, automation, AI-enabled Finance, Redwood and Operate/managed services.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of overall ERP/Oracle consulting experience, with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Minimum 4+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience preferred.
- Strong functional knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Expenses
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Good understanding of R2R, P2P and O2C business processes.
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and configuration.
- Experience in data migration, FBDI, integrations, testing and reconciliation.
- Good understanding of OTBI and BI Publisher is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is an advantage.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud application support/Operate engagements is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and financial processes.
- Experience managing teams and working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials certification.
- Experience in global Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
- Experience working with multinational/global clients.
- Exposure to Oracle Redwood and Oracle AI capabilities.
- Experience in consulting and pre-sales activities.
- Experience across multiple industries.

Education
