Work you’ll do
Our Strategy, Risk and Transactions team in Southeast Asia delivers end-to-end advisory solutions to unlock and preserve value in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, investigations, and disputes.
As part of our M&A team, you will bring organizations together through mergers and acquisitions, or create new entities through separations and divestitures, which are among the most complex business activities an organization will ever undertake. Through our end-to-end approach you will help to deliver value throughout the journey, and beyond which can include analyzing financial data, reviewing accounting records, develop financial models, strategic planning, post-merger integration and others. You will also liaise with client executives, lawyers and financial professionals as required and provide support to the leadership.

Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in relevant accounting, business, or finance discipline with outstanding credentials.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years proven record in either M&A strategy, commercial due diligence, financial commercial due diligence, valuation & modeling and/or post-merger integration.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ working experience in an Investment Bank or one of the Big 4 firms.
- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management.
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in developing presentations and reporting materials using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Global thinker with the ability to consider multiple aspects and potential impacts of issues and anticipate their future implications.
- Experienced in navigating dynamic situations and able to adapt quickly and effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
