Work you'll do
As a Services Specialist, Finance Services on the Global Finance Services team, you will:
- Run and monitor payment cycles across check and electronic payment methods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and approval requirements.
- Manage payment exceptions and inquiries, including rejected electronic payments, rush requests, stop payments, voids, reissues, and proof-of-payment support.
- Administer check operations, including check printing, distribution, returned mail handling, address issue resolution, and reissuance coordination.
- Support disbursement-related testing and change activities, including system upgrades, banking changes, and new payment methods, with validation and issue triage.
- Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities to improve standardization, efficiency, audit readiness, and payment cycle performance.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of finance and accounting experience in accounts payable, disbursements, or payment operations
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, accounts payable (AP) systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience supporting check and electronic payment operations
- Ability to work in the Hermitage, TN office at least one day per week in alignment with the team's schedule
- Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Proficiency with SAP
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
