Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions for clients that address their next generational needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives for clients within the Retail and Consumer Products sector. Design enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies and advise clients on how to grow their business and achieve target cost structures. Develop organizational structures and define associated roles and responsibilities for global and Omni-channel retail organizations to support leading practice merchandising processes and capabilities. Help clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences to create sustaining competitive advantage while leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist clients in developing a shared services organization and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Analyze industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
• Providing support in developing and documenting internal business services processes and metrics in a manner consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing process mapping, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement frameworks;
• Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing SQL and Tableau;
• Analyzing financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing Microsoft (MS) Excel, Tableau, and Variance and Scenario analyses;
• Utilizing SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle BI, MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, IBM Cognos, and Salesforce Analytics to provide scalable designs and technical solutions to clients in the Retail and Consumer Products industries;
• Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions, leveraging MS Visio, Jira, and Confluence;
• Working across all phases of the Agile methodology lifecycle for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients;
• Designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing SAP BO, Oracle BI, MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, IBM Cognos, and Salesforce Analytics; and
• Participating in client workshop gathering sessions, analyzing business requirements, and documenting functional requirements, using Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio.
