As Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and business performance through data-driven marketing. You connect customer insights, product value, and commercial objectives to deliver measurable business impact. By combining performance marketing, compelling content, and creative excellence, you help shape a marketing approach that continuously tests, learns, and optimizes for growth.
About the Team
You will lead a team of 10 marketing professionals across product marketing, social media, content, and customer communications. The team operates in a collaborative environment alongside Growth, Product, Performance Marketing, Customer Development teams, and external agencies.
Together, we integrate product, brand, social, and performance marketing into a single growth engine where creativity and data work hand in hand. This is a fast-paced environment where marketing has a direct impact on business outcomes and where leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement are encouraged.
Your day to day
- Define and communicate a clear direction for the team, ensuring alignment with business priorities, brand ambitions, and customer needs.
- Bring together product marketing, social media, content, and campaign execution into a unified growth strategy focused on acquisition, engagement, and customer value.
- Identify new growth opportunities across digital ecosystems, social platforms, AI-powered discovery channels, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and effective ways of working.
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, Analytics, Brand, and Performance teams to deliver commercial results.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across campaigns, channels, content, and product interactions.
- Use data, insights, and experimentation to improve performance, optimize outcomes, and build team capabilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability, collaboration, and high standards of execution.
- Improve processes and strengthen collaboration with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
- Challenge and guide agencies to ensure strategic quality, operational excellence, and measurable business impact.
What you bring to the team
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, brand management, growth marketing, or customer communications.
- Experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams while aligning people around shared objectives.
- Deep understanding of modern digital ecosystems and platform dynamics, including channels such as TikTok, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Prior experience leading/contributing to organizational digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of emerging customer discovery behaviors, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI-powered search, and Large Language Model (LLM) environments.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for performance and outcomes.
- Digital-first mindset with curiosity for new technologies, consumer behaviors, and innovative growth opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions and leadership levels.
- Skilled at translating complex products and propositions into clear, customer-focused communication.
- Confidence in using data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
