By joining our Internship program, university students and recent graduates will be able to explore banking activities through diverse training and challenges from the real practice of our leading on-market financial institution.
What you'll be doing
- Daily monitoring of KPIs related to market risk, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk: using and analyzing databases to produce a daily dashboards and investigating the drivers behind metric movements;
- Participation in the migration of reporting dashboards to Power BI.
- Reorganisation of current daily reporting workflows reducing time to produce and manual involvement
- Collect, analyze, and update of operational events, and overall maintenance of the Operational Risk data base;
- Regular analysis of losses, indicators, scenarios, capital, etc.;
- Support the execution of regular risk assessments (e.g. RCSA);
- Support the preparation of regular reports and presentations to the Management and the Group Financial/Non-Financial Risk.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and spoken);
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access. SQL, Power BI
- and/or other programming skills is an advantage;
- Self-starter with rational thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to cope with fast changing requirements and tight deadlines;
- Fluent in Bulgarian.
- Availability and commitment to an internship with a minimum duration of 6 months.
