Brief description of our company - ARVAL COMPETENCE CENTER
We belong to the multinational bank group BNP Paribas and in Slovakia we operate as an organizational unit of Arval Slovakia since 2015. Our main task is to provide support to Arval BNP Paribas group entities. Arval BNP Paribas is a provider of operating leasing in 30 countries worldwide. The support we provide is associated with technical and financial support as well as with expertise, consulting, and outsourcing services. Moreover, we are present in all fields that are linked to operating leasing such as customer contact center, controlling, warranty, insured accidents, or back office. One unit of the company is composed of Department of Operations – call center, communication with drivers and technical department. The other one covers financial field such as complex accounting advisory.
Your main duties will be:
- Lead the Administration & Billing division by contributing to and executing the overall development strategy. You will ensure the department's goals are aligned with the company's long-term growth and operational excellence.
- Manage and develop team leaders and individual contributors to foster a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring your staff and giving feedback and appraisals, planning their professional development within the organization.
- Oversee the processing of supplier accounting documents and billing workflows for the fleet operations. Your expertise will ensure that all financial documents are handled accurately and efficiently for both the company and its clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all supported countries. You will monitor quality standards to maintain a high level of service reliability and client satisfaction.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of internal operating systems and OCR technologies.
- Coordinate with international stakeholders and internal departments to harmonize and improve business processes. This collaboration will help eliminate redundancies and increase overall productivity across different regions.
- Manage the onboarding and integration of new countries into the Administration & Billing framework. You will lead the transition process to ensure a seamless migration of activities into the Competence Center.
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic projects related to the Administration & Billing division. You will transform project goals into actionable plans that deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Monitor performance through the regular assessment of KPIs for both team members and supported countries. These insights will allow you to implement data-driven corrections and reward top performance.
- Maintain professional relationships with insurance companies, suppliers, and internal clients. You will act as a key point of contact to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operational synergy.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager at least 3 years preferably in a field of administration/invoicing/accounting or other back-office roles
- Experience with project and process management
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with a large volume of data
- Knowledge of the market for used vehicles and insurance
- University degree in Economy/Finance/Management or other related area
- fluent English
- skillfull level of MS Office

We offer:
- Contract: Internal, 1 Year Fix term (with a possibility of prolongation)
- Salary: from 3500 EUR brutto (the final salary will depend on the candidate´s previous experience)
