We are looking for a Sales Development Manager, to support our Co-Heads of Global Asset Class Specialists (GACS), within our Global Products & Solutions unit (GPS). The GACS team is home for the sales and solutions experts (structured products, alternatives, FICC, OTC, FX, and cross-assets), working directly with our internal and external clients.Acting as a sparring partner to the GACS Co-Heads, the role contributes to strategic priorities, cross-asset initiatives, and the ongoing development of the GACS organization. This role exercises leadership through influence, coordination, and execution in a global environment.
The Sales Development Manager plays a central role in driving and enhancing sales effectiveness, initiatives, and strategic projects, across all asset classes.
This role requires top notched stakeholders’ management and the capacity to steer internal coordination, sales management, and commercial enablement, ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the appropriate tools, insights, and frameworks to effectively position and distribute investment solutions.
PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES
Sales Enablement & Support
Act as a central coordination and enablement function for sales teams across all asset classes
Drive enhancements of sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and maintain sales materials, pitch frameworks, and product positioning in collaboration with GACS units
Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best practices across sales teams
GACS Partnerships & Coordination
Serve as a key partner to GACS teams, ensuring alignment between asset class strategies and sales execution
Act as a sparring partner to the GACS Co-Heads on strategic priorities, planning, and operational execution
Coordinate cross-asset initiatives, thematic campaigns, and internal communication
Translate asset class strategies into actionable sales guidance and frameworks
Sales Initiatives & Projects
Drive and contribute to strategic sales, business, and platform development initiatives (e.g., growth initiatives, market entry strategies, efficiency improvements) on behalf of GACS
Collaborate closely with GPS Strategy & Business Development and Front Management teams on cross-functional and bank’s strategic projects
Design and implementation of new distribution approaches, campaigns, and client engagement models
Drive innovation in sales practices, processes, and commercial frameworks
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all relevant stakeholders within the bank
Engage with senior stakeholders and management committees to support decision-making and alignment
Prepare high-quality management updates, presentations, and decision-making materials for GACS leadership
Reporting & Performance Steering
Provide insights on sales performance, pipeline trends, and campaign outcomes
Translate performance data into actionable recommendations for GACS leadership team
Support business reviews and reporting processes in collaboration with GPS Business Management
Representation & Culture
Represent GACS in internal committees, working groups, and senior management forums
Act as a role model for integrity, professionalism, and client-centric behaviour
Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to junior colleagues and project team members where appropriate
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
YOUR PROFILE
- Proven experience in sales, business development, product, or strategy-related roles within financial services with a focus on investment solutions
- Strong exposure to multi-asset environments and sales organizations
- Strong understanding of cross-assets solutions and knowledge about the competitive landscape and revenues drivers
- Deep understanding of sales environments, KPI and distribution dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across seniority levels and functions
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including matrix leadership, cross-functional coordination, or team mentoring
- Proactive, ownership driven and execution focused
- Collaborative and able to navigate complex organisational structures across locations and cultures
- Client centric mindset with long term value creation focus
- Strong strategic thinking combined with sound commercial acumen
- High degree of integrity, regulatory awareness, and risk consciousness
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and support decision-making
