We are seeking a senior leader to sets the direction for digital production strategy and execution across Deloitte.com, social, and email channels, driving governance, quality, and scalable delivery. Leads teams and stakeholders through complex campaigns, integrations, and process improvements to strengthen performance, efficiency, and impact.

The team

The work you’ll do

• Set the strategic direction for Deloitte.com web production and digital campaign execution to maximize impact, consistency, and business value across channels.
• Lead the development and delivery of personalized email and digital content programs, including thoughtware, newsletters, webcasts, and events, aligned to enterprise campaign objectives.
• Establish d quality standards across Deloitte.com, social, and email publishing to ensure disciplined execution and brand consistency at scale.
• Oversee complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery excellence, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Define and optimize web production operating models, including site audits, process documentation, and template testing, to improve scalability and effectiveness.
• Direct marketing automation strategy and administration for email campaign management, including segmentation, workflows, lead scoring, progressive profiling, forms, and landing pages.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks that could affect delivery timelines, quality, or scope, and drive timely resolution across teams.
• Lead collaboration with web developers, agencies, and third-party partners to ensure seamless integration of custom components and production assets.
• Serve as the senior subject matter expert on social and email publishing best practices, providing direction on standards, governance, and quality.
• Ensure production readiness by identifying and closing gaps between wireframe prototypes and the template system.

Team Management:

• Lead recruitment, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and training programs to strengthen team capability, quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Shape team strategy and vision by aligning priorities, resources, and execution plans to business objectives.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans that improve delivery, drive impact, and support sustainable growth.
• Drive corporate initiatives and operating improvements that enhance how people, processes, and teams work together.
• Communicate directly and constructively to develop talent, elevate team performance, and build department capability.
• Build strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders to support collaboration, accountability, and execution.
• Demonstrate confident leadership and people management to guide teams through change, strengthen processes, and improve outcomes.
• Build team capability through training strategy, development materials, and structured knowledge transfer.
• Lead, coach, and manage digital specialists, creating clarity of roles, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Own workforce utilization, stakeholder communication, and execution oversight to ensure commitments are met with quality and on time.

The successful candidate will possess

• Set direction for content management, digital publishing, and marketing automation activities across platforms such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, and Sprinklr.
• Use deep knowledge of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap to guide digital execution and technical decision-making.
• Drive adoption of Workfront to strengthen collaboration, asset management, and enterprise-level workflow transparency.
•  Apply SEO, paid media, and social media expertise to support integrated digital strategy and audience engagement.
• Represent the function through clear writing, executive communication, and strong stakeholder management.
• Prioritize and balance multiple high-impact initiatives, deadlines, and client expectations across teams.
• Define and monitor data-driven benchmarks to measure performance, inform decisions, and improve outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and lead collaboration across in-person and virtual teams.
• Partner with UX/UI leaders to shape user experience strategy and execution.
• Solve complex problems, communicate with clarity, and optimize resources across the function.
• Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related digital publishing ecosystems.
• Strong Agile fluency, with ability to lead iterative planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and scale process improvements to reduce production time, increase efficiency, and improve operational scalability.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA, or a related field.
• 15+ years  of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, or Lead Generation.
• + years of experience managing teams and departments.
