About the Role
 

The Revenue Growth Management Manager operates across a distributor-led market environment, where Diageo sets the commercial and RGM strategy while in-market execution is primarily delivered through distributor partners.

The role translates the EEME RGM strategy into actionable market, channel and distributor plans, using data and commercial insights to identify opportunities across pricing, promotions, portfolio mix, trade investment and customer/channel economics.

Top Accountabilities

• Drive pricing and revenue growth by translating regional RGM strategy into actionable market recommendations.

• Improve promotional and trade investment effectiveness through data-driven analysis, ROI evaluation and investment optimization.

• Identify opportunities to enhance revenue, margin and portfolio performance through mix, assortment and price-pack architecture strategies.

• Partner with Commercial teams and distributors to embed Revenue Growth Management principles into planning and decision-making.

• Develop and maintain RGM analytics, performance tracking and actionable insights to identify growth opportunities and measure business impact.

• Build RGM capabilities across distributor and commercial teams, influencing stakeholders to adopt value-creating commercial practices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Category Management, Sales or other FMCG commercial functions.

• Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, trade investment, portfolio mix and assortment optimization.

• Proven ability to translate data and analytics into actionable commercial recommendations.

• Solid financial and commercial acumen, including profitability, margin and ROI analysis.

• Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Customer Marketing teams.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in distributor-led or matrix environments.

• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI and Tableau.

• A balance of commercial performance focus with a long-term value creation mindset.
