We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the hiring process and candidate experience across the recruitment lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, manage offer and pre-boarding activities, and help maintain accurate data across talent acquisition systems.
We will count on you to:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth experience
- Support the preparation and management of offer documentation and coordinate approvals in Workday
- Initiate and manage background checks through HireRight, including follow-up with candidates and vendors
- Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, including collection of required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and tracking across talent acquisition systems such as Phenom ATS, Workday and ServiceNow
- Provide support to candidates using recruitment platforms and process travel reimbursements in line with company policy
- Maintain organised documentation and support data privacy and compliance requirements
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in recruitment coordination
- Well-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to data integrity
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Previous recruitment coordination or talent acquisition administration experience
