CEO Office Specialist - Temporary Contract

The CEO Office supports the CEO and the senior management team in setting and coordinating strategic priorities, preparing executive-level materials and ensuring effective follow-up and follow-through on key business matters. Working closely with the Head of the CEO Office, the candidate will contribute to the development of key initiatives, support the preparation of executive materials, coordinate input across business areas, and help monitor selected priorities and stakeholder-related deliverables, including building strong rapport with executive leadership.
- Preparing presentations, briefing notes and materials for Management Committee, Board meetings and other executive committees, in coordination with the Head of CEO Office, ensuring that key messages are clear, relevant and tailored to the audience.
- Supporting the coordination of CEO Office activities by collecting input from senior managers and relevant stakeholders and helping ensure timely follow-up on agreed priorities.
- Contributing to selected strategic projects by supporting analysis, coordination and execution across different business areas.
- Monitoring the progress and evolving requirements of selected initiatives, open action plans and deliverables, highlighting potential delays or issues to senior team members.
- Supporting the management of selected internal and external CEO relationships, helping maintain effective engagement with key stakeholders, including clients, counterparties and other relevant contacts.
- Collecting, reviewing and consolidating inputs from multiple areas, helping balance competing priorities and ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Supporting the preparation of ad hoc reports, updates and executive summaries, as required.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgement, in line with internal governance and guidance from senior team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or Magistrale in Italy) in Economics or similar; more ideal for post-graduate MBA candidates.
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English, knowledge of Italian is a strong plus, French and German fluency nice-to-have.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (including BI tools), with particular expertise in Excel and in PowerPoint for executive reports, presentations, and storytelling, having a keen eye for wording and formatting.
- Prior experience with project planning and/or management involving numerous executive or senior stakeholders representing various functional angles..
- Familiarity with portfolio management or financial modelling and AI prompting is a plus.
What we offer
The role is offered within the 3^Area Professionale category, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito) and the applicable Company Collective Agreement (Contratto Integrativo Aziendale).
The starting gross annual salary is €37.000. The final offer will reflect the candidate’s professional experience and the technical and interpersonal competences required for the position and may include an individual variable compensation component.
