Digital Banking Marketing Manager – Assistant Manager
About the job
We are looking for a new team member to join our Digital Banking Marketing (Business segment customers) Department at Türk Ekonomi Bankası.
We are responsible for business segment digital customers (Small Business, SME, Commercial, Agriculture, Corporate) acquisition, the sales and marketing of banking products offered digitally, and the marketing and development of CEPTETEB İŞTE and Corporate Internet Branch. We plan and coordinate customer acquisition and product sales campaigns in line with our monthly/annual targets and the needs of our target audience, in coordination with business units.
With our “Mobile First” approach, we closely follow global marketing, campaign, and UI/UX trends, and implement them in a way that aligns with our strategic marketing action plans. We regularly monitor our current application flows and prepare action plans.
What Will You Do?
- You will, actively, manage digital marketing activities to increase the number of users of CEPTETEB İŞTE and the Corporate Internet Branch, our digital banking channels for business segment customers, with a focus on driving digital transactions and digital sales, while monitoring and evaluating performance,
- You will follow the industry standarts in performance/marketing activities as well as digital trends,
- You will coordinate with relevant business units and product owner departments; and conduct joint initiatives and projects,
- You will support marketing, business development, and sales activities in line with the digital strategy, including performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting,
- You will research new digital banking marketing channels and tools and share opportunities with relevant stakeholders, and conduct potential marketing initiatives through these channels,
- You will ensure that all channels used to inform customers about our value propositions, products, and services remain up to date, and manage the related communication plans,
- You will contribute to joint initiatives and projects carried out with TEB subsidiaries and BNP Paribas,
- You will manage all relevant operations across business development, marketing, and sales processes on an end-to-end basis.
What Are We Looking For?
- Graduated from a university,
- At least 4 years of experience for the Manager title or at least 2 years of experience for the Assistant Manager title in banking/finance or payment systems sectors,
- Small Business, SME, Commercial, Corporate, Agriculture segment customer and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in English, able to present to global stakeholders,
- Knowledge of Excel at a level where you can perform analysis, understanding of formulation logic, and ability to prepare presentations in PowerPoint,
- Experience with at least one Martech tool such as Adjust, Google Analytics, Countly, Dataroid, and familiarity with applications using query languages like SAS, Business Objects, Qlik, etc.
