What you'll be doing
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within Finance, focusing on areas Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Accounting Methodology and Tax by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through process redesign, automation, and innovative technology;
- Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and transformation projects supporting the optimization, automation and modernization of Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Accounting and Tax processes;
- Coordinate the implementation of new regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the Bank’s regulatory reporting framework;
- Monitor regulatory developments and evaluate their implications for reporting processes, data governance, and control frameworks;
- Establish and enhance controls over regulatory data sources, transactional databases, and reporting interfaces;
- Act as a trusted partner between Finance, Digital, and other stakeholders to drive the implementation of system and AI-enabled solutions;
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making and sustainable business growth;
- Contribute to building a data-driven, future-ready Finance organization.
What you'll need to succeed
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced professional qualifications will be considered an advantage;
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and delivering strong business results;
- Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities;
- Experience leading change, transformation, change management or complex cross-functional initiatives;
- Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution in a dynamic environment;
- Finance systems experience and technical skills;
- Excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Fluency in English.
