Cash Management is evolving more rapidly than ever, driven by digitalisation, globalisation and increasing client complexity. Are you ready to advise and influence major Nordic and international corporate customers in a fast-moving and highly commercial environment?
Nordea is the largest bank in the Nordics and processes more than 4 billion payments annually. We are now strengthening our Cash Management Sales team for Large Corporates and are looking for a senior professional to help us drive growth.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and executing our Cash Management growth agenda for Large Corporates. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them optimise liquidity, payments and treasury integrations while working closely with senior stakeholders across the bank to deliver high-impact solutions and long-term client value.
Your responsibilities:
- Drive Cash Management growth by identifying opportunities, shaping solutions and securing high-value mandates
- Develop client-specific Cash Management strategies with Corporate Coverage
- Lead senior treasury dialogues on liquidity, payments and transformation
- Position Cash Management as a strategic value driver for key clients
- Own commercial strategy, including pricing, negotiation and stakeholder alignment
- Manage the opportunity pipeline to support planning, forecasting and growth priorities

Your profile:
- Solid Cash Management experience
- Proven ability to grow revenues through long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of Nordic and cross-border Cash Management needs for Large Corporates
- Commercial mindset combined with a high level of integrity and client focus
- Structured, proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working towards sales targets in a collaborative environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage
- Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
