ResponsibilitiesMission: As an intern on the German-speaking Desk for Structured Products in Frankfurt am Main, you will actively support our Global Markets Sales Team for Germany, Austria and Switzerland on the trading floor. You will get to know our product management, gain practical experience in investment banking and work with structured products and complex certificates across all asset classes.Tasks and responsibilities:As an intern, you will prepare presentations, pitches, factsheets, newsletters and performance analyses in German and EnglishYou will work very closely with the sales teams covering B2B/retail clients and institutional clientsYou will coordinate the tasks between the desks in Frankfurt am Main, Paris, Zurich and GenevaAutomation projects, event and website management complete your field of activityProfile requiredStudies & experience:Strong academic record in Economics, or Natural Sciences studiesCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (minimum fourth semester completed) or a Master's degreePrevious exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or financial services is a plusLanguage skills:Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spokenTechnical, operational & Soft skills:Sound understanding of financial markets and financial market fundamentalsAdvanced MS Office skillsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailAbility to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver accurate resultsStrong sense of responsibility and commitmentSolid financial acumen and interest in the financial sectorWhy join usSociété Générale Germany is a multi-category bank offering every employee the possibility to have several careers in a professional career path.
