Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Content Management on the Marketing Excellence team, you will be responsible for:

Designing, building, and managing web pages, landing pages, registration forms, and email templates aligned with campaign goals and brand standards
Creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing content across website, email, social media, and other digital channels to support business priorities
Executing and optimizing email campaigns using marketing automation platforms, including audience journey mapping, A/B testing, and dynamic content personalization
Collaborating with marketers, MarTech leads, developers, and external vendors to improve user experience, reporting, personalization, and campaign execution
Leading quality assurance reviews, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting team delivery through Agile ways of working, stakeholder coordination, and people management

Digital Marketers are part of the Marketing Excellence team, focused on driving Deloitte's success through impactful email marketing, dynamic social media strategies, and precise website publishing. Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
6-9 years of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, lead generation, or digital marketing operations
Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Eloqua, Sprinklr, or similar digital publishing and marketing platforms
Experience creating HTML, HTML5, and CSS-based email templates, landing pages, or registration forms
Experience executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot
Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Experience leading quality assurance reviews and reviewing deliverables before deployment

Preferred:

Experience with JavaScript
Experience planning or supporting programmatic display advertising campaigns
Experience managing team performance, stakeholder engagement, or training and development
Experience working in an agency marketing environment
Experience identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing production time, and supporting scalability
