Director - National Operate

senior · Consulting

Job Requisition ID: 41912

This Director role is a rare opportunity to help lead Deloitte Australia's Operate transformation agenda while working closely with national leadership, client-facing teams and the broader business.

What will your typical day look like?

This role sits at the centre of Deloitte Australia's Operate strategy, helping turn ambition into action across the firm. You'll work closely with National Operate leadership, Business Units and Growth teams to shape market-facing propositions, support origination activity, and strengthen how we bring managed service offerings to market.

A big part of the role is enabling sales and pursuit activity. That includes supporting bids and contract management, defining thought leadership and points of view, and helping teams develop solutions that respond to complex client problems across a varied portfolio.

You'll also play an important internal leadership role by connecting teams across the Deloitte network, lifting capability across the Australian business, and helping improve the processes, collaboration and commercial discipline that support Operate growth. The work is fast-moving, strategic and highly connected across multiple parts of the firm.

About the team

The National Operate Team is responsible for executing Deloitte Australia's Operate strategy and supporting the broader transformation agenda through thought leadership, sales and operational enablement, and program oversight. The team works across the Deloitte network to strengthen managed service capability, support go-to-market activity, and help embed Deloitte's global Operate ambition in the Australian market.
