The programme

 Our two-year programme will offer you the chance to gain a breadth of experience across our teams and a range of exciting initiatives.  This can include short term placements or rotations across the department, getting exposure with the Generalist team (employee relations), Talent Solutions (talent management, inclusion and diversity), Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition (Recruitment). As part of the Graduate Programme, you will also be given training to help you perform to the best of your abilities and get up to speed on industry knowledge. 

 

The department

The People & Culture (P&C) team is responsible for ensuring that Schroders maximises the return on its investment in people. We do this through the development and implementation of policies and practices that attract, reward and retain high-quality employees. As a member of People & Culture, you’ll be joining a group of experienced, dedicated and supportive professionals who continuously deliver work to a very high standard and provide exceptional service to their stakeholders.  At Schroders, our success lies with our diverse range of people.
