Sales Operation Executive
Sales & Business Development
• Sales Data Analysis & Reporting: Regular sales data analysis and upload, generate sell-out and competitive reports, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as per request.
• Store Management Support: Support store management, including new openings, reno, and closures, follow up daily furniture maintenance with VM and vendors, and coordinate annual furniture upgrade projects.
• Trade & Tester Optimization: Handle the allocation and tracking of testers, GWP and product sets, update and distribute POG list to retailers, and track end-to-end delivery timeline.
• Field & Sales Admin Support: Formulate field incentive schemes, coordinate PT planning, organize sales meetings, store visits arrangement, and closely monitor budget utilization.
