Job Mission
Reporting to boutique management, you will actively participate in the success of your boutique. Your strong operational experience will allow you to manage operational and administrative topics, ensuring smooth and efficient boutique operations. This role is responsible for the meticulous management of all stock-related activities, including movements, quality control, and inventory processes. The individual will also contribute to transversal projects, ensuring compliance with Cartier's operational and security procedures, and demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock Management
- Control and manage the quality of all stock movements with no margin for error (reception and shipping).
- Ensure daily protection and correct manipulation of creations. Control stock quality.
- Prepare creations for display, price labeling, and price changes.
- Manage consignments.
- Manage all omni-channel orders from a stock management perspective.
Inventories
- Manage the preparation of inventories, both finished goods and spare parts.
- Carry out annual counts, cycle counts, and spot counts.
- Manage all additional inventories as requested (certificates, stones, etc.).
Transversal Projects
- Assist special projects (transformation, operational improvement, new tools) when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Competencies & Personal Attributes
- Self-organization, discipline, and strong attention to details.
- Expert knowledge with high standards of quality and accuracy, making sure the work is done on time.
- Task orientation and a self-starter attitude.
- A reliable team player who will share and transfer knowledge, and coordinate tasks.
- Understanding and compliance with Cartier security, financial, and operational procedures and policies.
Technical Skills & Abilities
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
- Strong command of IT systems & applications is mandatory.
Languages
- French and English mandatory
