Local Growth Marketeer

As a Local Growth Marketeer, you will attract new customers through brand and acquisition campaigns that support Triodos’ sustainable impact mission. The role is available for 32–36 hours per week.
How you will make a difference
You will help us to 'change finance to finance change', by attracting new customers through brand and acquisition campaigns that support sustainable impact.
In practice, you will:
- Develop and execute brand and acquisition campaigns to attract new customers in the Dutch market.
- Optimize search engine advertising (SEA), search engine optimization (SEO), Display and Social channels to maximize reach and conversion.
- Collaborate with brand managers and group growth marketeers to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy and translate group initiatives into local execution.
- Analyze performance data to refine campaigns, identify new growth opportunities and define local needs to dedicated, outcome-focused business units and group expertise to drive change.
- Contribute to a culture of shared learning, where local insights fuel group-wide success.
Your future colleagues
You will be part of the Growth Team, which consists of group growth marketeers, brand managers and local growth marketeers. Within the Dutch team, you will work with content marketeers and another growth marketeer. You will be functionally steered by a local marketing manager.
You will also work with international Growth Team colleagues, brand managers and group growth marketeers. Together, you will share insights, align on objectives and turn local learning into wider action.
What you will bring

- You’re aligned with Triodos’ mission and can translate our values into compelling marketing strategies.
- You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, brand campaigns, or new customer acquisition.
- You’re proficient in SEA, SEO, and digital advertising, with a strong analytical mindset.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing local execution with international alignment.
- You’re passionate about sustainable finance and want to make a real impact through your work.
- Professional proficiency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
Just as important is how you work. In terms of soft skills and behaviours, you will:
- Connect Dutch acquisition campaigns with the wider brand and growth approach. Use local learning to shape campaigns that work in the Dutch market.
- Work closely with Dutch and international colleagues, brand managers and growth marketeers to align messaging, share insights and support shared objectives.

- A monthly salary between €4.315 and €5.934 based on a 36-hour workweek. The fixed annual salary is calculated by multiplying the monthly salary by 13.96, including the 13th month and holiday pay.
