【Key Responsibilities】
• Oversee the brand's daily online sales performance, monitoring on-line sell-in and sell-out excellence to meet business targets.
• Create, maintain, and execute the online EB plan, including promotional calendars and cross-selling mechanisms.
• Enhance the daily user experience of the website, ensuring high standards across design, content, navigation, and checkout funnel.
• Merchandise website products dynamically based on sales objectives, key commercial seasons, and real-time website selling data.
• Track, analyze, and draw actionable conclusions from specific EB KPIs, including conversion rates and bounce rates.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to execute SEO/SEM, digital marketing campaigns, and activations.
• Analyze the digital consumer path to purchase and monitor competitor activities and e-retailer best practices.
【Requirements】
• Experienced (5+ years) in hands-on EB operations, online campaign execution, and daily digital trading.
• Strong proficiency in the daily administration of e-commerce CMS platforms, including product uploads and promotion setups.
• Skilled in using web analytics tools to extract data, monitor traffic, and generate regular performance reports.
• Solid operational knowledge of e-merchandising, visual asset coordination, and basic UX/UI optimization.
• Proven experience in coordinating with digital agencies for SEO/SEM setup, asset production, and marketing alignment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the agility to manage multiple operational tasks and troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
