- Minimum Education required: High School Diploma or GED
- Pass manual dexterity/sewing test
- Basic math skills required for measuring
- Attention to Detail, Quality, and Safety Oriented
- Flexibility to work overtime based on business needs.
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Basic computer skills are a plus
- Self-motivated to complete a repair from start to finish
- Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus
- Basic English language skills
