Qualifications/Professional Competencies
- Business school graduate or equivalent university qualifications.
- At least 6 years of experience in equivalent or similar roles.
- Strong product knowledge (i.e., on jewelry and gems), paired with knowledge and curiosity on market dynamics and retail trends.
- A good command of digital & blended training and adult learning, paired with selling and communication techniques.
- Project Management capability.
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages would be considered a plus.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite (mainly Power Point, Excel); knowledge of Canva, Photoshop and/ or Illustrator would be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of video making and editing tools would be considered a plus.
