Introduction to the job
Supports Cymer Korea factory and warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. The position is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, material movement, and kit management while ensuring safety, quality, and operational efficiency. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and drive continuous process improvements.*Cymer 평택 공장 창고의 생산 및 물류 운영에 필요한 자재의 물리적인 입출고, 재고 관리 등을 담당
Role and responsibilities
- Process daily orders and perform material movement and inventory transactions.
- Deliver materials to production teams according to manufacturing schedules.
- Load, unload, package, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution with internal teams and warehouse partners.
- Receive, inspect, and audit incoming materials.
- Process material returns to warehouses and suppliers.
- Support warehouse safety, security, and compliance with EHS standards.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and inventory control.
- Communicate and resolve material shortages, quality issues, and inventory escalations.
- Maintain work instructions, documentation, and warehouse space organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and experience
- High school diploma or Associate degree in relevant field, 1~3years of related experience
- Oracle, other ERP system, Business Objects, Power BI or MS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) experience is a big plus.
Skills
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes
- Strong responsibility and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in daily operations
- Ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
