Internal AI Skills & Efficiencies Resource Role (Part-Time, Remote 15-20 hours/wk)

ROLE SUMMARY

This is a critical part-time resource role focused on accelerating internal adoption of LenaI and Lenwork—Marsh's enterprise AI productivity platforms. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between emerging AI tools and day-to-day workflows, enabling teams across the organization to unlock efficiency gains and develop sustainable AI skills. Rather than a traditional AI trainer position, this role is strategic: you will identify workflows where AI creates the highest impact, design targeted enablement interventions, and model best practices that other teams can replicate at scale. Success means moving the organization from AI awareness to AI fluency.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Enable 30–50% of your assigned departments or functions to meaningfully integrate LenaI and Lenwork into daily work within 6 months, with measurable improvements in task completion time, quality, or capacity freed for higher-value work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Internal Enablement & Training Design

• Assess workflows and pain points: Interview teams to identify where AI creates immediate value (e.g., report drafting, data analysis, research acceleration, document processing, meeting prep).
• Design targeted microlearning: Create focused, hands-on training sessions (30–60 min) for high-impact use cases rather than generic AI 101 sessions.
• Deliver live and self-guided training: Run interactive workshops and record reusable tutorials that teams can reference later.
• Tailor content to functions: Recognize that Finance teams, HR, Operations, and Client Services have different AI leverage points; customize examples and exercises accordingly.

LenaI & Lenwork Fluency Development

• Master both platforms: Become expert in LenaI (internal AI assistant) and Lenwork (AI project orchestration platform). Understand their strengths, integration points, and common use cases.
• Create internal resources: Build a living knowledge base (quick-start guides, prompt templates, workflow examples, FAQ, troubleshooting) that teams can self-serve from.
• Identify edge cases and limitations: Help teams understand what AI does well vs. where humans remain essential; prevent misuse and frustration.

Best Practice Modeling & Documentation

• Document and showcase wins: When teams see productivity gains, document the workflow change, quantify the impact, and share as a case study to encourage others.
• Build reusable templates and prompts: For common tasks (meeting prep, report summarization, email drafting, data cleanup), create shared templates that teams can adapt.
• Create feedback loops: Share learnings and friction points with the LenaI/Lenwork product teams; help shape the platform roadmap based on user needs.

Adoption Metrics & Impact Reporting

• Track adoption: Monitor training attendance, platform usage, team feedback, and perceived productivity gains.
• Quantify impact: Where possible, measure time savings, quality improvements, or capacity freed. Report monthly to leadership.
• Identify barriers: Spot where adoption is stalling and troubleshoot (e.g., change resistance, technical issues, unclear use cases).

Community Building & Support

• Create peer networks: Establish AI Champions groups within departments so experienced users can support peers informally.
• Provide ongoing support: Be accessible for questions, troubleshooting, and new use case exploration. Respond within 24 hours to inquiries.
• Share emerging opportunities: Stay current on LenaI/Lenwork updates, new features, and industry AI trends; alert teams to new possibilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, operations, or change management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills: Able to translate technical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated comfort with AI tools: Direct personal experience using generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) in your own work; not theoretical knowledge.
• Project management discipline: Able to juggle multiple training cohorts, track metrics, and deliver on timelines with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset: Able to diagnose workflow inefficiencies and design practical, low-friction solutions.
• Willingness to learn: Ability to rapidly become proficient in LenaI and Lenwork, and stay current as the platforms evolve.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Facilitation or training background: Classroom, virtual, or workshop experience designing and delivering learning interventions.
• Experience in Operations, Finance, or Client Services: Understanding of workflows in at least one Marsh function area.
• Comfort with data and metrics: Able to track adoption, calculate time savings, and present findings clearly.
• Change management experience: Exposure to large-scale adoptions or process transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with LenaI or Lenwork: Direct use of either platform; knowledge of integration points or best practices.

• Intellectual Humility: AI is evolving fast. Be willing to experiment, learn from failures, and revise your approach.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, LenaI/Lenwork support teams, function leaders, and peers. No silos.

STRUCTURE & REPORTING

• Time Commitment: 20–30 hours per week (negotiable based on delivery model and function staffing)
• Reporting Line: [Chief Knowledge Officer / VP Talent & Development / Chief Operating Officer—to be confirmed]
• Primary Stakeholders: LenaI/Lenwork product teams, Department heads, Peer AI Champions
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid (some travel for workshops; primarily remote via Teams/Zoom)

SUCCESS METRICS (6-Month Horizon)

Progress will be measured against the following concrete targets:

• Training Completion Rate: 60%+ of assigned teams (Ensures baseline knowledge)
• Active Platform Usage: 40%+ of trained users weekly (Measures ongoing engagement)
• Documented Efficiency Gains: 3–5 case studies with quantified savings (Proves business value)
• Feedback & NPS: 7+/10 satisfaction rating (Indicates quality and relevance)
• Adoption Velocity: Month-over-month usage growth (Shows momentum)
• Support Response Time: 80%+ answered within 24 hours (Demonstrates accessibility)

EXPECTED OUTPUTS & DELIVERABLES (First 6 Months)

Workflow assessment report: Summary of 5–7 highest-impact AI use cases by function, with estimated savings. Training curriculum: Microlearning modules (3–5 per function) with facilitator notes and recordings. Resource library: Prompt templates, workflow guides, FAQ, troubleshooting for LenaI and Lenwork. Monthly adoption dashboard: Usage, feedback, and impact metrics reported to leadership. 3–5 case studies: Documented wins showcasing real productivity gains and team success stories. AI Champions network: Identify and support 10–15 peer leaders to scale training.

GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY

This is not a one-time contract role. Success here can lead to:

• Permanent AI Enablement Manager role (if demand and impact warrant)
• Expanded scope to include external client AI readiness consulting
• Opportunity to shape the broader LenaI/Lenwork strategy as adoption scales
• Internal thought leadership in AI adoption and organizational change

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (After 6 Months)

• Teams are independently using LenaI/Lenwork to accelerate routine tasks without constant hand-holding.
• Peer-to-peer learning is taking over; you are coaching champions, not delivering one-to-one support.
• Leadership is asking What is next? rather than Why should we use this? The conversation has shifted from adoption to optimization.
• You have clear, quantified data showing productivity gains and can articulate the business case to skeptics.
